A Trust for my SBR?

id try to find an attorney here in franklin county who is familiar with setting up trusts, and familiar with NFA. you could maybe call NRA or buckeye firearms and see if they know any good attorneys.

 

an attorney will have experience setting these things up and know what to do. i cant see it costing more than a few hundred dollars... you dont want to fuck something minor up and then 10 years from now have to pay a lawyer $Texas to keep the government from seizing your shit.

Thought about it but as far as I can tell the setting up the Trust isnt that hard but I have met a few people that have done this before.
