Matt,

 

Good luck with the truck, Is tank doing his magic on it? Can't wait to see some pictures :)

 

Tommy is doing most of the work but Tank has been consulting and helping out with it quite a bit as well. It is coming together quite nicely thus far so I will take some pics and if Matt wants to post them he can. Otherwise I am sure many of you will see it out at the track this year :)

jeff id love it if you guys snap a few as its going together the builds board at turbo mustangs wants a few pics too. i could copy them off of here. and i deff want some build pics. i might come over today after work and snap a few. yes i dont have much time and tom welds a lot better than me. i evan bought a new tig but ill practice on the camaro cage with it before i go welding thin stanless. this is the first time ive farmed it out. its really weird but i trust ips from all ive heard. + ive known tommy for a while.

Is that the 12" long X 7.5" diameter filter K&N filter?

It only flows 1700CFM but the next size up is the 18" that flows 2458cfm.

Thats the one I want but where the fuck am I going to put an 18" filter

 

 

I tried 3 of the 18" K&N filters, they kept breaking where the rubber attaches to the filter, it wasnt strong enough to support the filter. I got mad and bought the big ricer filter from autozone an it works great with no decrease in power (Mid 600rwhp through a C4)

getting it together. still looking for someone to help get the cage to 8.50 cert. and just updating the tranny new converter and trying to see if i will be able to run the 4.56 and 32s or if i will need more like a 3.90 or 3.70. also getting a new driveshaft made

He will have a tough time running high boost with no intercooler, unless he runs methanal? Anyway, looks like the income tax return worked out well for Matt :) I wish you the best with your new setup, hope you click off some good times!
