Also -- from past experience, many quirks will be left unaddressed until there is a model refresh. So, you would have to wait 3+ years until they actually addressed the issues from the factory. I would at least wait a year for a few reasons: 1. let every else be GMs guinea pig and figure out what is wrong. 2. you may be able to get a better price in a year once the hype has worn down. 3. lets see if the Z28 materializes. It may be worth waiting for. Not trying to be cryptic here, but I have tons of stories from recent models that myself and the wife have owned that would take a long time to type out.
