They hauled ass further away from the eruptions only to see seconds later a huge explosion of volcanic black smoke and toxic gases right where their wake was! The power is incredible...just an underwater volcano, several hundred feet below the surface of the sea...still strong enough to push rock several kilometers in the air AFTER going through sea water... It's funny when you think about it. We have the atomic bomb that can level cities, and Mother Nature goes ahead and makes us look like a bunch of pansies.
