CRed05
WTF?! http://f1.gpupdate.net/en/news/2009/04/02/mclaren-disqualified-from-australian-grand-prix/ The McLaren team has been disqualfied from the Australian Grand Prix following a detailed stewards' investigation into the incident involving the Englishman and Jarno Trulli on Sunday; the World Champion passed the Toyota under safety car conditions as the Italian ran off the circuit, before then slowing to allow Trulli to retake his position. Smokey
Andy sent that to me this morning. While they quasi have a point, it's BS to disqualify the whole team on a technicality like that. I loved the F1 race and thought it was quite exciting, but it seemed like the stewards and officials had their heads up their asses. What was the deal with delaying the safety car coming out when the Williams wrecked? Then it stayed out like 2-3 laps too long after it finally did come out which gave everybody problems with keeping their tires warm.
Draco-REX
This is my biggest gripe with F1. More and more it seems like we don't know how the race ended until the following week.
Primera
I'd really like to see video of when Hamilton passed Trulli and let him repass. I don't believe it was on the broadcast.
