Aesthetic_Influx
Curious - Why would you take or post pictures of your car with a lip that looks like someone just beat on it with a bat and belt sander? Ok... but that being said, the rest looks clean - and thank you for keeping your tail lights OEM. Full mod list?
Primera
Looks pretty clean. There better be quality suspension components on that Civic. Mods?
sol740
Alright man, you've got some cool pics, and your car minus that lip is very clean. I had a black civic I very much liked, so maybe thats why I don't hate your car. Do you have any plans for this car ? Swap, boost, or even nothing ... please just don't say Intake and Exhaust. Main3s
I think it just may be the lighting in the pics that makes the lip look like shit... But it's a nice looking DD.

Aesthetic_Influx
I digress... upon further inspection, it would seem as if the later pictures are (gasp) later in the evolution of the car. Hopefully/maybe?

Hopefully/maybe? i can see that. Shortly after the red stripe on the wheels comes a bevy of lights and lambo doors. ee56xp
haha...the car is my daily that has been through everything with me. I'm a student at UC and live in an area where I don't trust any of the trash that lives around me so I'd rather not dump anymore into a car that is getting beat up by other cars every day from being parked on the street. The lip it beat up because a huge conversion van in front of me slammed into a deer and I ran over the remaining parts of it. Thus, the front lip is broken in half and zip tied. Will not take off because I want to remember when I had a dream to actually do some work to the car. (the honda h on the grill fell off when this occured as well...ROFL) I still have the black with ORANGE lip wheels as well, but they're sitting in the garage collecting dust. 17" wheels I've had for several years now and threw on the car because the tires on the 16's were shot and I had extra set or 17" tires laying around from when I owned my 95 ex. Again, I don't want to throw in anymore money into the car so 17" wheels it was and will be until I get rid of the car. Car will not get anymore mods as I'm selling it at the moment. Either than that, I hope to buy a bike and a better daily driver. Edited April 28, 2009 by ee56xp

ee56xp
I have taken the liberty to highlight where fail is most prevalent. However, it's nice to see such extensive suspension work. Oh and just so you know, for future reference, and for your information: Ebay is not a brand. Personally I don't remember what brands they were because they were all off brand crap that was and still probably is sold on ebay. I beat the hell out of that car and never looked back. I ripped off the front bumper numerous times going into the parking lot for tailgating because it couldn't had been any more than and inch or two off the ground. had a grill welded onto the inside rear hatch so it laid out when i opened the hatch. no interior because we threw chairs, coolers, etc into the back (more space the better). The wheels I can't remember the brand for some odd reason. I bought them from some kid for a great price. I think they were Kosei brand wheels? As for the paint, I used house paint to paint it bengals stripes with a black and decker sprayer. All thanks to Sherwin Williams (I worked there for a few years). defect paint + borrowed sprayer + left over tape = $0 paint job. If I had pictures, you would understand why I didn't want to throw money into this pile of crap. rust, huge dent in rear qp, cracked windshield, etc.

Wonderboy
So do you race that thing or have you raced any of the others? Seems like alot of suspension mods on all of those vehicles to not be racing them in any way.
ee56xp
The red car I use to take to the back roads and have fun, but I never really took the chance to run it in any sort of SCCA function or any other sort of racing event. In hindsight I wish I did, but I typically just try to enjoy my cars while daily driving them to and from places.

I wish I still had the pictures of that car. Unfortunately, somewhere during my multiple reformats and building of computers, I've lost a lot of pictures. That car was absolutely one of my most favorite cars ever. Unfortunately it had to go once it was more of a hassle than I was willing to handle. The motor and other parts were pulled and the shell was taken away to the yard.
