SpaceGhost
I like sweet baby rays too. In before The man of steel says we don't know "Q". I think he most likely is right though. I don't eat BBQ much. I use Sweet baby rays on Tyson chicken nugets I cook in our toaster oven.

Benner
Wow can't believe I forgot about Spiedies. My uncle used to make it. You can substitute any meat you want just make sure to marinate it for a couple days. Oh and we never did it on skewers and we did strips that were about an inch by 4 inches. Best on the grill. http://www.recipezaar.com/Spiedies-233784 Edited May 8, 2009 by Benner

TTQ B4U
It's the best. For kids, just use equal parts of Coke and ketchup. As an adult I add: 2 chopped medium onions 3/4 cup Coke 3/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste On chicken I usually add in a couple tablespoons of honey too. What's really nice is you can use the above in a crock pot too. Get a really nice port roast, add in the rest put it on low and leave it go for 6-8hrs. Freaking falls apart so nicely. YUM!
