If anyone saw the "watch this video" tech thread asking what the ticking sound was, there is no audible engine ticking in person. His camcorder must have had a built in stethoscope. Only problem with the car so far is a clutch that likes to stick near the floorboard on the 3-4 shift at WOT, but it appears there is an easy fix after spending a few hours reading on corvetteforum. It seems slave fluid flushes work wonders. Anyways, overall it is a LOT better shape than it was advertised, the seller did the 11 hours of driving, and my wife hasn't thrown me out yet.
