SpaceGhost
Truthfully I bet he quits Gahanna and goes somewhere else after his suspension is up. He just didn't want the "fired" appearing in his file.

NOPR
15 second judgment lapse my ass. I can guarantee that wasn't the first time he drove like that. I hope if I ever get pulled over in Gahanna again it's by him.

GonneVille
whats gets me is.....if any of us were caught going that fast (with another bike or vehicle) we would get street racing tickets..... Oh, not even close. We'd get arrested, spend the night in jail, and have our vehicle impounded. Those who enforce the law should be held to a HIGHER standard, not a lower. Darkside
Truthfully I bet he quits Gahanna and goes somewhere else after his suspension is up. He just didn't want the "fired" appearing in his file. Probably not, I'd bet he'll stay there unless he messes up again. He will get backpay for the time gone minus the 90 days. He is a bit of a PR nightmare that another department won't want. The department probably knew that he would get his job back but fired him to save face with the public. No doubt these guys lost serious judgement and acted like morons, but what was the traffic situation? Other cars around or were they all alone?
