Stimmel1647545512 Posted July 15, 2009 Report Share Posted July 15, 2009 1996 cadillac sts 170k northstar motor problem car wont start has plenty of cranking power and will only run on starting fluid, can hear the fuel pump prime and yes it has gas.. on the monitoring system "Starting disabled" comes up..... so where do I start?
