Not sure how much crack you have to smoke before that sounds like a good idea. That issue aside, I love my LT1s. Even though mine is running great, I will probably swap out the Opti this winter since the old one has 130k miles on it. I don't see the point of doing just a cap and rotor since I have to pull the water pump to get to it, may as well replace the whole thing with a brand new one.
