Norm dubbed it "undergut" or some shit when he saw it earlier. In other words, that's her fuckin belly. I don't think it's technically a front butt due to it's higher starting location, ie; the stomach region as opposed to the "bladder area" located just below the stomach and above, what I can only assume, would be her very large, sweaty, bulbous-y vagina.
