Big Chief2011647545501
I have an 08' ranger that got a little mangled in the bed department recently. I found a bed at a junk yard in immaculate shape for cheap to replace it. The only question is will the 2004 Ford Ranger short bed fit my 2008 Short bed without modification? wnaplay1647545503
Junkyards should be able to tell you quick. Dont tell them your not getting one from them, but ask them what years will work.

Shockingly enough the Ranger bed hasn't changed in dimensions since 1982. It SHOULD be a direct bolt in.

Same with the 99-08 Superduty trucks, they're all the same aswell.
