You fail. Allowing HTML in bbcode would be idiotic. That's such a huge security risk and why? So you can post youtube videos a little bit easier?

 

Now what you should be asking for is the Automatic Media Embedder (aka AME). It would allow you to post simply the link, and it automatically embeds the video into the post.
