LJ
I hope The Continent Inn does not have those fucking signs banning firearms on their property. I am not totally positive, and may be talking out of my ass here, but I believe hotels fall under the landlord-tenant portion of SB-184 and they cannot prohibit people that are staying there from carrying. Very true. They cannot ban you from CCWing in a hotel room, b/c it's your "residence." Where the Castle Doctorine is still on your side. They can however say no guns in the lobby, but if it's on your way to the room it's also void.
SpaceGhost
Glad to know, so If I take my range bag to a hotel without a Conceal and carry permit and load it up in the room I am good?
