wolfman
Yea some mount ball peans, cuz they cant lift a sledge. That's verry common and only the oldschoolers know bout it.Dana in Northside makes custom forged and carved sledges for this, but he will only sell them to a select few ! Tell him CAT sent ya ! For some reason I just can't see Jarvis hitting a car with a sledge hammer...but maybe I just don't know you well enough, Jarv
Catman
that is the best advise that you can give a rider !! You only have a few advantages on the road, that and your field of view !I'm not being a hard ass, I'm just admitting to my lack of self controll and being honest, I make bad decisions and never have been able to controll myself. Catman
^^^^ I haven't had anything that crazy happen to me. I avoid a lot of bad situations with a generous use of the throttle....I find it safest to keep a pace faster than the rest of traffic. It would probably look a lot like Tiananmen Square if I went up against an SUV.I guess I need to build up more of an E-Thug badass image.... jeremygsxr
My friends dad rides Hardleys and he gave me a handful of ball bearings that are about 3/4 inch around. I have yet to use one but sure have been tempted. I have kicked a few cages though!

gixxie750
I have kicked some doors in my day. I road rage in a car,but on the bike i'm so relaxed that it takes allot for a cager to piss me off. Me new fave is to open their door. Mirrors dont need to be broken just slap them backwards and the people will freek out. I dont really rage anymore though.

OsuMj
People in cars have been hard core pissing me off lately too. I don't understand why it isn't harder to get a driver's license? You are essentially handing someone a license to operate a deadly weapon, and they give them to pretty much anyone! Last time I was at the BMV, there were people who were NOTICEABLY cheating on the computer test on stupid things like what road signs meant, and they got 5 warnings. And everyone wonders why there are so many people killed on bikes.

I didn't check your math but I'm sure its right or close enough. The numbers seem reasonable. The only thing I have to add to the convo is the impulse (say hitting a wall or something hard) for all of these objects is going to be different. If we are talking about hitting a person, then I would say we could pretty much ignore impulse.
