Buckeye1647545503
How do you have it plumbed if you have it setup up incorrect it will suck air and get hot and burn up
Guest Removed
if its not wired correctly, it will run hot and burn up...IIRC, the bbk pumps are just walbros
twistedfocus1647545489
IIRC, the bbk pumps are just walbros Correct. Most other in-tanks on the market are also.
Nd4spd_150
everything is wired correctly and plumbed right but for some reason they keep burning out. I used a different brand on my 87 after the BBKs and never had another problem. Could be bad luck but i doubt it.

Nd4spd_150
I understand the walbro thing, but would it have been a bad run of pumps or what?
Nd4spd_150
belive me when i tell you there are things that have happen to cars i have owned that should not or almost never happen so i guess at this point anything and everything is possible
Guest Removed
I understand the walbro thing, but would it have been a bad run of pumps or what? i have seen some die within 500 miles, and others last years. i have heard the newer style ones fail more then the older ones tho. but its hit or miss with any aftermarket electrical component.
