In this case the troopers are just traffic patrol filing a report on an accident. IMO, I would have told them to see my attorney or make arrangements to have him present when talking. They aren't there to "help" him or get his side of the story for anything other than forming a case against him. Tiger is no dummy...stay quiet and don't say one thing to anyone.
