No scratches wear or marks on the handset or base. All numbers and keypad are like new. Lighted keypad, caller ID on LCD, etc....Exceptional clarity and sound quality. I won't buy any other brand of cordless phone as they are simply the best. I have the phone, charger, base/main unit and pdf of the manual. I don't have the box. Sold for $90 new. Asking $20 OBO.
