We did look at one right across the street that was move in ready and didnt need anything except two toliets, they were missing. That house went for 156000. It was less house but it was Diyanni built as well. So i know i can do a lot of framing and drywall myself, we are only cutting out one wall for a french door and another wall for another access way into the kitchen. Then adding a breakfast eatting area in the kitchen. Then some knee walls in the dinning room. All in all it shouldnt be bad at all. Just need all the appliances and washer and dryer.
