I did my taxs and i'm trying to download so i can c my state refund. Its a cgi file and i cant get it to open. it says its downloaded and i still cant get it to work. If i click to open it it says open with web or save file and either way i go i cant see it.Ive downloaded the adobe thing my tax thing told me to and it still didnt work. please help.

cgi is a script file. It is something that should actually run on their server, and not downloaded.

 

You either downloaded a link you were supposed to follow, or they have a messed up config on their server.

Your nuts..... that is a system32 infection

I bet you have something called a sys32 infection. go to the search are and search for system32. see if you have a folder named that. If you do that is an infection for sure.
