thorne
Endless power would allow for some crazy shit though. We could do so much more then we currently do with computing.

Rally Pat
I think it was in class last year, but we talked about a company that had developed a very tiny hydrogen cell that could power a cell phone for a whole year. Pretty awesome concepts.

Drewhop
"Lasers called Janus, Cyclops, Argus and the 20-beam laser named Shiva were used to conduct crucial experiments that led to the 10-year development of the laser array." Everyone should be more worried about the names of the lasers. Sounds like a group of supervillians.

87GT
So if they used this in the same fashion as a nuclear power plan what would happen if it exploded out of control? Sounds neat as endless energy but sounds more like something we would want to use as a weapon. That could make a very dangerous nuclear like bomb. Tractor
Well at least they are gonna shoot it at deuterium. That's gotta get us some points towards are very own warp core right?
Furloaf
So if they used this in the same fashion as a nuclear power plan what would happen if it exploded out of control? Sounds neat as endless energy but sounds more like something we would want to use as a weapon. That could make a very dangerous nuclear like bomb. Nothing would happen beyond the reactor destroying itself and ceasing the reaction. Once the confinement is lost the reaction can not sustain itself. And we do have the capability to use it as a weapon. For over 50 years.
