They have called the cops but they havent dont anything. They said have had many dealings with the guys but the da never prosecutes. If they would get restraining order what would happen since they lived closed? Would he be forced to move? Then you would need to try escrowing rent before you could break the lease If it's a single family unit there is a good you can get the landlord to release you and nullify the termination clause. If they can prove the history, they might be willing to move them into another apartment a little further away. Or they may use the events as reason to evict the problem neighbor.
