Vlad Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) 1998 GSX 5spd. Has about 66k miles, tranny shifts like butter with no grinds. Has a 6 bolt motor with few thousand miles. No smoke, no problems with the motor at all. No leaks. Stock 14b turbo, never boosted more then wastegate pressure. Bought the car as a clean title, when I got the title in my hands after it was transferred over it turned into a rebuilt title. Dont ask idk. Car can use some suspension unless this is your style. So basically it is all stock besides the radio and some speakers. 5spd Yes, 14b is the stock turbo from a first gen (stock turbo for a 2nd gen is the t25) but the 14b is considered an upgrade. Sorry I thought you were the owner that did the swap. Sorry I thought you were the owner that did the swap. Nope I did not. Neither was the last owner. But I guess that tells you the swap was done right and runs good. EDIT: sorry about asking about the trans, its pretty obvious from the pics its a manual If the motor has a 6 bolt swap the 14b is the stock turbo, and just look at the belts see if you have a balance shaft belt, that will help your sale.
