I agree with $1500 of it ($1200 was from milage) but they are saying I sent back broken headsets for the dvd player. My kids were just using them the other day so I know they work. I'm thinking maybe they didnt put batteries in them when inspecting them... Anyone here able to assist before I call some random customer service rep Monday? They wouldn't have put batteries in them to test them. Third party inspection companies do these for GMAC and they do 100-200 cars a day and don't take time to go out of their way.
