HotCarl
Anyone have any experience with this? OSU Physician's is trying to say i didnt pay 3 co-pays when in fact i did (i, like everyone else, pays my copay when im seeing the doctor AT the doctor's office). On top of that there is a billing error that says i didnt pay my copay when in fact I tried to but the receptionist wouldnt take a payment b/c I "wasnt actually seeing the doctor that day" wtf is wrong with these people? So short of pulling my bank statements from 4 months ago anything i can do? Oh and its only a 60$ bill but it just pisses me off that their trying to charge me twice. BloodRed
Yep, you are either going to have to provide receipts or show on your bank statement that the co-pay was paid if you don't want to pay the $60 again.

Depending on your bank. I can search my online bank records for the last 4 months. Anything after that I need to contact my bank about. HAOLE
Billing insurance sucks. I like cash better:D
LJ
I had forgotten that my specialist copay went from $30-$40 so I paid the dermatologist $30. I got a bill in the mail a month later saying that my copay was actually $40. Ok, no biggie I will pay the extra $10.... but wait, the invoice is saying that I owe $15. 2 years later we are still fighting over $
