Does Android offer Push Notifications on email or other apps? How is email accessed, do you have enter the web or is there a mail icon that you can connect to any pop acct? Do they sync with Outlook calendars and Exchange?

Yes it does have push, yes it does sync with Exchange (calenders and contacts). It does have its own mail app, and it does have a combined inbox so you can see all your accounts in one place, or separately if you want. GMail and Mail are 2 separate apps. So in my case, I have GMail, and then I have Yahoo and Work in the Mail app.

What was said above...

I have my gmail account, google voice account, all my pop3 accounts, plus hotmail and yahoo mail all on my phone. With the exception of the google accounts all my other accounts are in one combined inbox. I can view each account separately if needed.

Google sends out the updates OTA (over the air), so it will give you a message asking you if you want to update. Someone will probably leak it before and you would just put the update.zip on your sd card, boot into recovery and flash it.
