Thats what I do to but usually my impact takes it off with no problem.

that has alot to do with how many psi, and how much volume of air you can get to your gun.

my 1/2 gun just didnt have enough ass, i borrowed a 3/4 gun and it worked. Thanks for the help tho derek and rob. The last couple I have done I was able to use 1/2 no problem, this one just had to fight a little more. I did call the 161 napa and they have the tool for like 48.00 if anyone needs it.

I use a corded dewalt 1/2 impact. I have yet to run into a honda crank pulley bolt or axle nut that it can't get off. PB blaster always helps too.

 

Damn 48 bucks aint to bad of a deal for the tool. Good to know.

Make sure you retighten that bitch after about 20miles of driving or else its gonna fall off lol. I have seriously seen about 10 Honda crank pullies come off while driving because they weren't re-tightened (I had one do it on a sohc vtec once cause I failed to re-torque it)
