I've got ~7 years experience trouble shooting/repairing/etc industrial mechanical and servo-driven machinery. I have experience assembling, setting up, and repairing both desktop and laptop PC hardware and software. I'm familiar with Windows and I have some experience using OSX, and have some experience working with networks. I've got a similar amount of years experience in customer service. I have interacted with customers on both a retail level and corporate level (think $$$ contract companies). I graduated high school in 2002 and completed some electrical engineering classes at the University of Toledo and took more basic under grad classes at OSU. I don't have a degree, but I plan on finishing that eventually. If anyone on here knows of any openings that seem like they would fit me, please send me a message.
