I never really notice this due to driving at night and holding on to the steering wheel for dear life but I guess my headliner is pretty durrty:sly:

No Idea what happened to the plastic piece that surrounds the seat belt clip or the side of the arm rest. They both still work flawlessly

2003 GTI GT35r 462whp/330whp

 

Engine = @67k AWP, Scat Rods Mahle Pistons, ARP bolts on everything. Water pump was done @68k w/metal impellar along with new belt and tensioner, also has ECS under drive pulleys all three,Motor was torn apart and pulled by Rob Lasota @ http://www.lasotaracing.com, Machining done @ M&M Machining in Deleware Ohio Motor was fully disassembled and checked/honed, ECS ADJ Fuel pressure regulator/In-Fuel pressure gauge, Used Dino Oil when breaking the car in @ 4 heat cycles and one 2k oil change then the car has only seen 5w30 Royal Purple and K&N Oil Filter since that day every 2500 miles <<< $$$...

 

Turbo Kit = Garret GT35R .70ar Was sent out and checked @80k miles to Majestic Turbo New impeller, balance and checked Said the turbo was well taken care of, Boost Factory equal length tubular exhaust manifold with ceramic coating, Braided coolant and Oil lines, a Real Greddy Type S BOV, Tial 38mm wastegate with a 12lb spring, 3inch DP and all the way out the rear to a Borla straight through muffler, Custom welded tips from Rob Lasota They look just like factory exhaust but bigger, Godspeed 3.5inch thick by 28inch FMIC, Piping by Lasota and all Vibrant couplers used with T-Bolt clamps.

 

Head = AEB head with Ferrera Titanium seats and valve springs Head was bought brand new and these parts installed by third party, Had Rob Lasota also do this install as he also confirmed the springs and retainers were what had been sold to me, Also has port matched euro AEB intake manifold.

 

Transmission/Driveline = This car has seen quite a few.. This last one I have taken it easy on I only have layed into it from a roll 3rd gear and up. It has a first gen rebuilt 02j with the shorter gears for mid to high end torq. Also has a Quaife Differential installed. Custom mount trans brace using the EIP Dogbone mount, Transmission was bought used and I had it torn down and gone through and refreshed with new syncros by VWjeff from OhioVW and here on CR he is a master VW Tech. Royal Purple syncromesh is also in the trans. From 60mph and up this car pulls hard as hell. However these transmission are not very good for drag racing, Ive ate up four transmissions with slicks...... Car also has a set of Bildon custom cut axles with Porsche Caymen CV joints.

 

Accessories = It has Private 18x8 inch mesh wheels with a CNC lip, B4Passat Side markers, Greddy Turbo timer, Custom rear seat delete, Pioneer CD player with Ipod hookup, AEM Wideband, AEM TruBoost, Unitronics 630cc Mafless file ECU is also unlocked. Golf Tail lights, R32 projection replica headlights with 8k HIDs and Yellow high beams and Orange City lights.

 

Body = Car is a 7 out of 10 on the body front bumper and hood has rock chips and touch up paint. Rear hatch was replaced along with the bumper due to rear end accident the day I got the car.

 

 

This car is a killer from a roll = 60-75mph. I built this car wanting to destroy cars like Vettes,Vipers, BMW's and some exotics on the HWY. Back in 2004 it was fast and it still is to this day. Even rolls with newer 600's and destroys older ones. This is a car you can drive everyday in the summer and still get great gas mileage. However if you plan on drag racing this car be forwarned that the transmission will not take a beating like that unless you swap it out for a 6 speed or a straight cut gear trans. The transmission is just the weak point in the car.

Intercooler is huge!!! Picked up 40whp from it before I had a small ABD....

Front bumper has rock chips, Its never been resprayed and has 108k miles on the body. I tried to take pictures of the chips on the hood also I always have filled them in with touch up. I clay bar the car twice a year and wax it every other week but nothing will protect you from rock chips...

This picture is from the top of the rear bumper, I noticed it today when taking pictures seems as if someone bumped into my car then the paint spider cracked, I had to look pretty close.

hmm ok

 

 

AEB head with titanium seats and springs, matching AEB intake mani. Head has 25k miles

 

ARP Bolts throughout the entire motor, Mahle Pistons , Scat Rods. Everything was new after the motor was hot tanked and spec'ed out. M&M did the machining and Rob Lasota assembled. "50k Miles"

 

Motor just needs Injectors "1000cc" and new Unitronics file to clip 600hp.

 

That built enough for you?

Not being a dick at all, not everyone knows the history of this car and the initial post was not descriptive. I only wanted to know what he considers a "built" motor. Everyone has there own definition of what one is.

Can you use this as a daily?

 

 

In the summer yes. Winter no. Ive never driven it with snow on the ground maybe 4 times and for that reason going from garage to house or house to garage.

 

 

 

 

 

Id like to get an s2000 higher milage but I know that wont happen, or a BMW. Dunno no offers to me yet.;)

that car needs some lovin, I called them about it. It has gotten a new rear end from a 2005 s2000 and new axles. apparently the guy that sold it to them had it uber slammed and im willing to be the bottom end is screwed.

So you are saying the bottom of the car is all fucked up or the bottom of the motor?

 

bottom end of the car possibly motor. the way i perceived the info is the kid that owned the car before didnt really care about it at all.
