Personally I've never once had a moment when I was like GRRRR I HATE THAT MOD, WHY DID HE DO THAT, I'M SOOO ANGRYZZ!!!!! If there's a mod who is purposely a dick and just fucks with people to piss them off, I've never seen it on here. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never had a single issue. I like the mods on here.
