unfunnyryan
Do not talk to the other person if they call you again. Do not tell them anything more. Do not admit to anything to anyone. If you say you did something wrong somewhere, you will get fucked if he fights his ticket and wins.

Richard Cranium
For what it's worth, good luck. I do agree with the above statement, if he did not have insurance the the accident was the result of him committing a crime.

99ta
Well glad you are ok for the most part. Fight the ticket. let your insurance company make their liab dec and find out if he has insurance. then go from there. if he has insurance you might want to consider lawyer if they are not willing to work with you. but remember, an atty will take a third. that equals less money you will get. good luck! Danielle
I talked to an attorney today, and they said if I can't go to court, (which I cant, its on a school day, and if i miss anymore I will probably get kicked out...) To pay the ticket, and my insurance company will take care of anything if this guy tries to sue me or anything like that. Sooo yeah. Hopefully nothing comes from this, but oh well if it does. I guess Ill just wait and see.
