A home vacuum buy new...but a shop vac or small one for the car can be had for like $5. I bought a 1 gal sears off CL years ago for like $5. Works great for the car. Add to this, I have two of those little cig lighter ones that I got for FREE off CL. Never opened. Guy just wanted them gone. I keep one in the back of the minivan and it works fine for picking up kids cereal, etc....between real cleanings.
