TTQ B4U Posted July 2, 2010 Report Share Posted July 2, 2010 We already have two kids, that's enough two legged family members...but am very happy to say we are expecting to add another four legged family member to our home. We're kicking around some names, but can't say anything for sure until we meet him and size up his personality, but the wife and I are have an appointment and are heading south in the morning to pick up this little 6lb rescue pup tomorrow!!! All guesses are that he's part Beagle and part Bulldog, but no one has any specifics. He and his two sisters were dropped off at a shelter at less than two weeks of age. He's about 6-7 weeks right now. He's only 5-7lbs but he's very solid and muscular. We were looking at Beagle Boxer mixes but this one is likely bulldog given his proportions and coloring. Pet Finder post....they put him late at night, I called to leave a Voice Message 5 mins later (1am) and a lady answered! Fayette County Human posted it and the gal there is a night owl too Picked him up the next day. Thankfully went directly to foster care. Someone dumped him and the others on the side of the road at 2 weeks old. Don't know how many there were originally, but the foster had him and his sister. So far he's awesome. Goes the whole night without soiling or waking up. Wimpers to go outside already. Xena is really showing him the ropes too.
