ICEMAN1647545504
Normaly its the other way( I think). Probably should have gone rich if anything. I take it the gap is the same???
rl
A -10 is a COLD plug, did it need to be that cold? I've never seen a big change in AFR with EFI stuff as there really shouldnt be.
Mattsv8
thats what i was thinking. same plug gap. both were .027. both r5671 type plugs but one a 9 other a 10. i thought colder would be richer as well. but it droped over 2.6 points on fuel. weird as shit. yes ngk is 11 coldest 6= hottest. thought it would be worth a shot since i was thinking of upping boost. but cant due to the weird loss of fuel. koolrayz
wondering if it is unrelated Matt? Did you try putting the hotter plugs back in? Those plugs are pretty cold unless you were going to spray the car? I am running an NGK #8 right now.
Cordell
My Camaro liked a little more fuel when I went from a TR-6 to a BR-7, but not that much. Of course I'm on a much smaller scale.
