I personally went away from Cyan roms to more stock optimized roms because they seem to run much faster. Cyan definitely puts a lot of technical stuff in there that I really don't use ever.

All I really want over stock is more speed, blackbar, "H" for when I'm on HSDPA, trackball wake, and the reboot phone option when I hit the power button.

What kinda up/download speeds are you guys seeing using tethering? Id like to see a speedtest.net output.

I don't have numbers, but I actually played MW2 online on a buddy's ps3 tethered through my phone once just for shits. It was laggy, but playable.

I tried tethering for the first time last night using easytether and had 1.6mbps down and 0.9mbps up.

I think I flashed every Sense rom I could find and switched kernels like socks to find one that gave me great batt life. I had finally come to terms that the EVO battery was tehSuckz, but I jumped to CM and i'm moving pretty good. With the addition of LP and BW, I don't even miss Sense. Phone is sooooo fast right now w/2400 quad scores.
