Igor
Out of the link's you provided, the first HP. Out of the monitors, the Samsung you linked is far better, then the Viewsonic.
El Karacho1647545492
I'd just as soon buy my own components and put it together myself. Then you're not paying for performance you'll never use. newegg.com is your friend. edit: above poster is correct, first HP is the best option
Skinner
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ build one there they are on par if you were to build a PC on your own from newegg.

John Bruh
Don't buy an AMD Athlon. if you're going to give advice, don't state a personal preference. meaning... tell me why not to buy one (as I have no knowledge about this stuff). Radio Flyer1647545514
I can't give any input other than what a few have stated already. Build your own or have someone you know build one for you. Your money will go much further building your own than buying something thats already made. INTEL stuff... http://www.tomshardware.com/us/#redir I wouldn't buy AMD anything, with that said use the above link to come up with your own opinion. unfunnyryan
If you go into microcenter and look around they usually have some returned systems marked down over $100. I start working there soon, so if you aren't in a hurry I could help you find the best deal.

Thats very little time and none of your patience... whats to loose? Truth. My mobo died a few weeks ago, had everything out of the case, off the mobo, swapped over and powering on within an hour. Everything is simple plug and play, the only thing that is a little tricky is setting the jumpers on the bottom of the mobo for the power button / hdd light etc. That is literally the only time you need the manual lol And i think everyone here that has built a computer can agree, there 1000's of times eaiser than doing things on a car.
