jeffro Posted February 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 GFS has us down for rain rain rain, with maybe a 1-2 " event somewhere in the next 2 weeks. GGEM is the same. NAM is jut cold for the next week. DGEX(which is only past 84 hours) ... says warmer, maybe some rain. obviously things can change, and can snow into march. lake effect here this morning is strong. jeffro Posted February 18, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 haha, winter isnt over yet. gfs says rain this weekend, then snow early next week. accumulations as of now look to be 2-4 for the gfs. 24 hour gfs precip. temps would be 25-32* another GFS precip forecost: http://coolwx.com/modelts/images/gfs/current/KCMH/prec.png GGEM also supports the idea of snow. with a rain, rain snow mix, then light snow. supporting 1-2" DGEX also supports rain then back end snow. 2-4". 24 hr DGEX: all models are pretty much in agreement, which is odd.
