The drive train is bullet proof. It's just all the electronic gadgets that come with the car make it expensive to keep up. If you can work on it yourself it's the best bang for the buck. All Euro's have pretty awful depreciation, the AMG line is one of the worst hit as well, but it allows a pretty awesome car to be had CHEAP after a couple years. Anyone can carry a car payment dude. I used to work with a guy that worked two jobs and lived in an apartment so that he could afford his viper payment. Having a stable of depreciating assets doesn't make you baller, ask MC Hammer. Just saying this in general, I don't know Steve from the next guy. Bad ass car sir. Those things are very nice.
