Allot of bullshit offers and allot of low ball cash offers have led me to decide that selling is just stupid.

 

I am keep my cobra. I own it clean and clear so it isn't hurting me financially to keep it. I think I am currently in negotiations with a fine gentleman over at MMR. Thinking about future options of the car.

 

I am only giving one warning, I don't need negative comments in this thread. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it. Thank you though for those who apply useful advice or information.

Also I really didn't spend a whole lot on rebuilding the motor, all I did was have the motor machined .020 over and put new pistons and rings in it. I spent more on building the 8.8 then the motor..

Put a good auto in it and your car will go alot faster then you think if the converter is right for your setup.

Quoted this one for a reason. You don't go to the track enough to go auto. If anything, the Magnum 6-spd is good enough for you. If you plan on buying a built short block, then go out and enjoy the damn thing first. If not, we can meet up and I'll drive you around in it

C4 is a waste if you plan on making big power down the road. If you do go auto look into a th400.

I think an 800-900hp 5.4 would be awesome, and I'm glad you've decided to keep it. At the level the car is modded it just isn't worth it to sell anyway.

my car is going in for a built 4r70w in a couple weeks, as i plan on racing this car next year. a good automatic should be your next modification---especially if (like me) you can't drive a stick good enough. unfortunately, i won't be able to tell you how i like it until next spring.
