So friday I was working off of the Cleveland/Broad intersection (north block) and I see a guy out in the road holding his hands up like his doing the YMCA. Im looking at him like his a fucking retard, trying to figure out if he's sane or not. Then I see a photographer next to me... I put 2 and 2 together and figure out they are centering up a shot.... but what...
