04silvrz
i went to JCPenny today. they have a real decent selection of Invicta. it was cool to actually see some of the watches I have been looking at online. I didn't even know they carried them. They had one of the better watch lineups I have seen, locally. and i should say $100 - $500 type watches... Pedro1647545510
Here's my daily. I've been going back and forth about adding another watch to the mix. I've been looking at automatic watches for the last couple weeks. I think that's the one I want next. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f217/jake513/photo.jpg

F1/Carbon GMT concept watch designed by John Pszeniczny. I'm pretty sure it's not on the market yet, nor if it will ever be, and it's not gonna be cheap by any stretch of the imagination. GRN96WS6
I'm not a huge fan of the seemingly large watch faces that seem to be hip as of late. That being said what would be a decent well built sub $300 watch? I have a fossil now but it is just worn and haggard looking.

I'd like the fave to be no more than 1.5" as I don't want it overtaking my arm/wrist. I've been looking on that watchdoddy site but nothing has struck me yet. Doc1647545523
Spyker, the supercar maker who recently bought Saab, has commissioned watches that don't just bear the car company's name, but also incorporate design elements of the car itself. My idea of eye candy for a car enthusiast: "typical" Spyker dash: http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/Spyker-watch-151.jpg The Spyker watches: http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/Spyker-watch-91.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/Spyker-watch-61.jpg notice how the airplane prop and the exhaust tip designs are used on the buttons and stem http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/Spyker-watch-31.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/spyker-chronograph-watch-2.jpg The latin inscription says, "No road is impassable for the tenacious." http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/2010-jaguar-c-x75-5_800x0w-1.jpg There's also a watch connection to the Jaguar C-X75 hybrid concept car that runs over 200 mph. This is one of the concepts on display at the current auto show. http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/2010-jaguar-c-x75-5_800x0w.jpg An unusual design element of the car is that in the bottom seat cushion, between the occupant's legs, is a lever marked PULL, similar to the ejector seat handle in a fighter jet. This lever, however, opens the car door. http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/2010-jaguar-c-x75-11_800x0w.jpg The maker of the concept car's clock, Bremont, makes a watch, the MB 1 chronometer, which is pretty exclusive. http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/watches/Bremont-Martin-Baker-MB-1.jpg The watch can only be purchased by someone who has successfully ejected from a Martin-Baker ejection seat (about 4800 pilots have been saved by these seats). Each watch will be engraved with that individual's ejection seat number. The watches are tested by being launched from aircraft ejection seats and also undergo vibration testing meant to similate extreme conditions. From the press release: An Ejection Seat may sit for 40 years, but the day it is used, it has to work. As a Company, their testing facility is unique, and one of its facilities will endow the new watch with a trial found nowhere else: the ability to simulate 30 years of aircraft life through a vibration machine, during a 4-hour test. There are possessions that money alone won't buy. I'll bet that The Most Interesting Man in the World wears one.
