THIS. im willing to bet that the guy with the camera(probably an american) started shit with the guy in the red shirt about bacon. the dude in the black(most likely a manager) tries to relieve the situation, then the dude in the red shirt blows up. interested in seeing a longer version. Maybe, the worker expected the customer to know or something because one of the guys in black says, "he didn't know". He does yell at him for recording him and apparently doesn't like it.
