evan9381 Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 says mid 20's check, house value 95k (appraised 117k in '07 and i bought it for 78k march 09) which wouldnt be bad...when i check the family tab, it says i have a mother and a father (no way!) and that i live with them, or they live with me since i own the house... id like to have my house appraised again for shits and giggles to see what its worth...guy down the street is trying to sell a house exactly like mine (except i turned mine into a 2br with a large master, and his is still a 3) for 118,900...LOL!
