88lx5oh Posted January 14, 2011 Report Share Posted January 14, 2011 i got an email jsut now about a class action lawsuit. go here for info.. http://www.ebaymotorsfeeclassaction.com or youll probably receive an email as well. basically its Class Members will be refunded approximately 6.67% of the Final Value Fees (net of any previous refunds) they paid for these listings. sold from 2005 - 2009 in the ebay motors section.. parts and accessories i guess.. i dont know if vehicles are in there as well or not.. final verdict is in march.. would be nice to have a random check drop at my door. i have sold a ton of parts on ebay.. and alot of cars, bikes, and what not. i could see a couple hundred bucks coming my way if it all goes through. I quit selling on ebay because of the ass raping I was taking in final value fee's. I'd accept a 200-500 dollar check from them haha. I sold a 1973 Corvette coupe with a 555, a 1968 Corvette 427/4-speed convertible and a 1968 big block Camaro during that time!
