Cordell Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 (edited) I'm tired of my cable bill going up, so if I were to just keep my internet are there cheap or free ways to watch TV over the net? I don't have nor am I going to buy any PS3 or X-box, so I'm looking for things I can do with my PC. I've googled and found some random stuff, but wanted to get experiences and opinions. Snowflake Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 You would be surprised how many HD channels you can get for free by just using an antenna. When I was in San Antonio I was picking up damn near 30 channels in my camper using a digital converter box and my antenna. Most of those channels came in in HD and to me looked way better than TWC HD. If you have a TV thats new enough you dont even need the converter because its built in.
