gaewsky1
I'm finally upgrading my computer to a new one with Windows 7. I see MS has the easy transfer but you need a cable and the only ones I see sold in stores close to me are about $40. Can I just as easily use a 8G thumb drive (thats what I already have) to move files and folders to the new comp? I know I will have more than 8G to move so I can transfer, delete, transfer right? Thanks for your help.

Richard Cranium
I've had luck using a crossover cable to run the transfer.
