STEVE-O
Buddy at work is selling his sigma 40 and about 75 rounds, wtih a soft & hard holster. I have not shot a sig before but was looking at buying a m&p already. So talk me into or out of the sig.
El Karacho1647545492
Sigma trigger is super heavy and you won't shoot it nearly as often as you would the M&P. Get the M&P.
RyM3rC
The M&P is a fine, solid pistol from nearly all accounts. Nobody wants Sigmas, and for a reason.
Mojoe
I like M&P.
stangsn95gt
Same as everyone above M&P
Scotty2Hotty
Sigma is fuggin junk, don't even contemplate it.

macpyro2
m&p, unless you like 50 lbs trigger pull and an overall boring gun...
jerrodh
M&P's a nice gun, I shot the .40 a few weeks ago and its in the top runnings for my CCW choice.
STEVE-O
Is the trigger really that bad? Cause its a da only correct they dont offer a da/sa or anything? So I would assume the trigger would be a little heavy but it sounds like it is stupid heavy... I think mp will be the way for sure
evan9381
M&P
MrMeanGreen
Yes, the trigger is that bad. I own the M&P 9mm and had a Sigma .40 and sold it after firing it at the range. The M&P is light years better in both form and function.

RedRocket1647545505
I think you're confusing Sig Sauer, the Brand, with the S&W Sigma, the model, which is S&W's low-end pistol. Sig Sauer's ('Sigs') have a good reputation, which is what I think you've got stuck in your head. Sigma's (not called 'Sigs') do not. Given the choice, as everyone has already said 30 times - go with the M&P.
STEVE-O
Sorry Austin I am talking about the s&w sigma just said AIG for.short sorry about any confusion there
Bam
Love my m&p. Hated my buddies sigma.
TurboRust
sigma would be an ok home defense point and shoot weapon.. anything else is just pointless. I didnt mind the trigger, but as i learn more about guns I think that lead to some of my inaccuracy when shooting it. I really liked my m&p but I love my glock
