My Sister is a sloppy drunk and lost her battery to her phone.

 

So I am looking for a at&t phone on the Cheap <$20 but $FREE.99 is better!

 

Or if someone has the LG Neon and are willing to part with the battery that would be GREAT!!!

Cheapest way to go, I bought a similar go-phone when my old att phone was consumed by child. Insert sim card from current phone and use.
