The helmet has a crack in the plastic vent in the back but it doesn't affect its ability to vent. The jacket has a scuff on the elbow. As a new rider I down shifted going 2-3 mph around a corner and the back tire slowed and i fell on my right side, landing square on that elbow pad. It felt awesome. The textile jacket has a zip out weather liner. Overall both helmet and jacket saw about 3 months of usage. I'd like 80 for the helmet, 65 for the jacket, or 120 for both. Or Best Offer. The helmet is a L, the jacket is probably also but there isn't a size on the tag.
